of grievances, organized 1000's of workers, negotiated over
80 first-collective agreements and hundreds of renewal
collective agreements.

Every day, you show what true commitment looks like. In hospitals, long-term care homes, clinics, and communities, you are the backbone of our healthcare system. You care for others during their most vulnerable moments—often under intense pressure, short staffing, and growing demands.

Let me be clear: the challenges you face are not a reflection of your dedication, but of a system that has asked too much for too long without giving enough back.

As your Union President, I stand with you in pushing for real change. That means safer staffing levels, fair wages, respect on the job, and the resources you need to provide the quality care patients deserve. It also means holding employers and decision-makers accountable when they fall short.

We are strongest when we stand united. Through collective bargaining, advocacy, and solidarity, we continue to fight for improvements that benefit not only our members, but the entire healthcare system.
